Terms of use

1. Who the site is for

Registration is for people over 18 only. You declare your age at registration and its accuracy is your responsibility.

2. Your account

An account is created under a nickname — we do not ask who you are.

• Keeping your password safe is your responsibility; do not share the account with anyone
• An email address is optional, but without a confirmed one a forgotten password cannot be recovered — there is no other channel
• Presenting yourself as someone else, or using another person’s photo on your profile, is not allowed

3. What is forbidden

Breaking these rules is grounds for a sanction — in serious cases on the first occurrence.

• Any involvement of a minor, or any depiction of one in a sexual context
• Sharing intimate photos or video without the consent of the person shown
• Harassment, threats, stalking and hate speech based on race, nationality, religion, sex, orientation or disability
• Publishing another person’s private data without their consent
• Spam, fraud, financial schemes and advertising paid sexual services
• Offering illegal goods — drugs, weapons, forged documents
• Automated data collection, deliberate overloading of the system and attempts to get around security limits
• Publishing someone else’s copyrighted work without the right to do so

4. Your content

What you publish stays yours. We take only the permission the service needs: storing your content and showing it to the audience you chose. When you delete it, we delete it too.

5. Moderation and sanctions

A person reviews a report, not an automated system.

• A restriction can be partial — publishing, comments or private messages — or a full block
• A restriction carries a reason and a term; a timed one lifts itself when the term ends
• A blocked account may have one appeal open at a time
• In serious and plainly illegal cases we contact law enforcement

6. Closing the account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. The account is switched off as soon as you ask, and you have 14 days to undo the decision. After that the profile, media, sessions, posts and comments are removed. Text you sent in private conversations stays with the other side, shown as written by a “deleted user” — deleting someone else’s conversation is not yours to do. We can also close an account when the rules are broken.

7. The state of the service

The project is still being built. Features change, some are experimental, and we cannot promise uninterrupted operation. Backups are taken, but in the event of a technical failure we cannot guarantee that everything is restored — keep your own copy of photos that matter to you.

8. Liability

The service is provided as it is. Other members are responsible for how they behave, what they publish and what happens away from the site. Before meeting anyone in person, take the same care you would with any stranger.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms may change; the date of the last change is shown above. We will announce a substantial change on the site. Continuing to use the site means accepting the new terms.

10. Governing law

These terms, and any dispute connected with them, are governed by the law of Georgia.
