Child safety standards

Frenivo is intended only for adults aged 18 and above. Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), and sexual grooming or exploitation of minors are strictly prohibited.
Age requirement
Only adults aged 18 or older may register. Users declare their age during registration. Accounts identified as belonging to minors are subject to restriction and removal.
Prohibited content and behavior
Frenivo prohibits creating, storing, requesting, or sharing CSAM; grooming, coercion, and sexual solicitation of minors; sexualized depictions of minors, sextortion, and sharing links to prohibited material.
How to report
Use the Report action on a concerning account, post, Story, or message. Signed-in members can also submit a ticket through the support page with a relevant link and explanation. Do not download or redistribute suspected abusive material.
Review and enforcement
Reports are reviewed by moderation. Confirmed violations may result in content removal and account restriction or bans. Serious or suspected criminal cases may be referred to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
Privacy and immediate danger
Private conversations use end-to-end encryption. Staff cannot routinely read these messages, but users can attach a specific reported message to a complaint. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement.

Report content or accounts through the Report action, or reach Frenivo via its support page. Submitting a support ticket requires signing in.
